To meet aggressive timelines a global ‘Services Blueprint’ was designed and integrated with the latest mobile technology for agile deployment. Parallel regional teams were augmented with local compliance resources to accelerate GAAP & STAT compliant infrastructure and governed centrally by a strong PMO.
